About me

Hey – I’m Suelen

I’m a Graphic and UX Designer based in the Chicago area, originally from São Paulo, Brazil. Since moving to the U.S. in 2006, I’ve been on a creative journey that’s led to over a decade of experience designing digital experiences and visual identities for both local and international clients across a variety of industries.

In my current role, I work closely with the Brand and Solutions teams to design a wide range of print and digital assets that elevate our visual brand across every touchpoint. I’ve introduced new tools and file systems to streamline creative workflows, enable faster execution, and ensure a cohesive brand experience for our customers. Collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams, I’ve helped evolve our design system to scale globally while maintaining consistent and engaging brand narratives. I also partner with external agencies to ensure our brand guidelines and creative intent are reflected across all marketing materials. My focus is always on building thoughtful, scalable solutions that elevate the brand’s identity.

My passion lies in using design to simplify complexity and tell meaningful stories—whether through brand systems, presentation design, or marketing collateral. I’m motivated by innovation and thrive in collaborative environments where creative thinking aligns customer experience with business goals.

Outside of work, you can often find me biking, kayaking, or spending time outdoors. I also enjoy travel, cooking, and watching movies.
